Working on real aircraft: You assist with maintenance, repairs, and checks directly on the aircraft. Understanding and applying technology: You learn the systems of modern aircraft and develop the know-how to solve technical challenges independently. Screwing, assembling, testing: You install and remove components, work with professional tools, and ensure all systems function reliably. Tracking down faults: You become a problem solver and learn step by step how to analyze technical malfunctions. You bring: A secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife or Realschulabschluss). Interest in technology and aviation. Enjoyment of practical work. Manual dexterity and good spatial imagination. Team spirit and reliability. Desire to learn new things and take on challenges. Good German and English skills. Willingness to work shifts.
