• Responsibility for an exclusive customer portfolio with revenue and profit targets
• Expert-level consulting at locations: Munich Airport Businesspark in Hallbergmoos, at Munich Airport and digitally
• Development of individual solutions in the areas of retirement provision, company pension schemes and sophisticated pension concepts including private health insurance
• Building and long-term development of customer relationships through professional account management
• Identification and exploitation of new market and sales potentials
• Collaboration with internal specialists (product management) for complex customer requirements
• Participation in training to expand technical and advisory competencies

• Completed training in the financial sector specifically for insurance
• Required: Certificate of competence according to § 34d GewO - e.g. Insurance and Financial Investment Specialist (IHK)
• Several years of sound professional experience in insurance or financial services
• Sales strength and in-depth knowledge in the areas of retirement provision, company pension schemes and/or private health insurance
• Confident appearance, excellent communication skills and advisory competence at eye level
• Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic environment at Munich Airport
