About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Working independently in the à la carte business
- Preparing food for the restaurant "BRICKS", the "BRICKS Bar" and room service
- Helping plan and run the lunch offer "Quick Lunch"
- Creative support in creating new menus
- Assisting at banquet events and catering
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for cooking and mindful handling of food
- Desire to discover new things, bring in your own creative ideas and keep developing
- High level of quality awareness
- Teamwork mindset and desire to share your enthusiasm and knowledge
- A positive attitude when dealing with people and guest-focused work
- Successfully completed training as a cook (m/f/d)
What Marriott International offers
- Pay according to the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg, with a gross annual salary from €31,200 for full-time work
- Pay grade depends on training, qualifications and work experience
- Free supplementary health insurance after 6 months with the company, with an annual budget of over €300, after 2.5 years over €600 and after 5 years over €900
