About this Apprenticeship
Work in the kitchen team for the Cast Iron Grill restaurant, the piano bar and the hotel's room service in Hamburg.
What You'll Learn
- Preparing food for the restaurant "Cast Iron Grill", the "Piano Bar" and the hotel's room service
- Helping plan and carry out the "Quick Lunch" midday offer
- Contributing your own ideas for creating new dishes
- Helping with orders
- Assisting the Sous Chef
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for cooking and mindful handling of food
- Desire to discover new things and contribute your own creative ideas
- High level of quality awareness
- Teamwork mindset and desire to share your enthusiasm and knowledge
- A positive manner with people and guest-oriented work
- Successfully completed training as a cook (m/f/d) with several years of work experience

- Pay under the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant trade of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg, with a gross annual salary from €35,400 for full-time work
- Pay grade depends on training, qualifications and work experience
