About this Apprenticeship
The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is looking for a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. The exclusive 5-star hotel is in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, close to the Tiergarten and only a 7-minute walk from the Brandenburg Gate. You will join the Ritz-Carlton family and Marriott International, the world's largest hotel chain, and help create great guest experiences and the best team spirit.
What You'll Learn
- Support in planning, preparing and carrying out events for up to 1200 guests
- Planning and preparing dishes
- Creative contribution to developing food and menu cards
- Careful and correct handling of the tools and products provided
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Ensuring all Ritz-Carlton standards are implemented
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook
- Passion for cooking
- Talent for passing on expert knowledge to other employees
- Working to HACCP standards
- Structured and self-motivated work
- High level of awareness of quality and sustainability
- Reliability and resistance to stress
- Desire for further development
