Breakfast Cook

You have a passion for fresh and delicious breakfast creations, and you love to spoil guests with a lovingly prepared breakfast and offer the perfect start to the day? We are looking for a motivated personality as a Breakfast Cook (f/m/d) who ensures a high-quality breakfast offering with commitment and creativity, thus enlivening the culinary heart of our hotel.

• Preparation and cooking of dishes for the breakfast buffet as well as fresh egg dishes according to guest wishes
• Attractive arrangement, refilling and replenishing of dishes and platters during breakfast service
• Control of quality, completeness and presentation of the breakfast buffet
• Responsibility for ordering and receiving goods in the breakfast area and proper storage
• Compliance and control of order and cleanliness in own work area
• Ensuring internal standards and all applicable hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Support as needed in other kitchen areas, e.g. banquets or à-la-carte business

• Ideally a completed vocational training as a cook or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Reliability and punctuality even early in the morning
• Fast and efficient work style
• Confident, friendly demeanor combined with a strong guest orientation
• Good German and English skills
