What You'll Learn
- You prepare fresh ingredients according to recipe or menu suggestion
- You cook and prepare high-quality à la carte dishes, menus and buffets precisely on time
- You try out new dishes and find the best possible preparation method to delight guests
- You are responsible for the culinary supervision of the bistro and the meeting and event business
- You handle all kitchen utensils safely and responsibly
- You ensure hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Requirements
- Very good teamwork skills and an eye for detail
- A positive attitude, openness and a friendly manner
- Appreciation for the products you process and a sense of standards
