During your apprenticeship, you will learn to install, test and commission electrical systems and equipment. You will gain practical experience in technical customer service, understand the electrical and electronic functions of household appliances, analyze faults and carry out repairs. During on-site assignments, you will support service technicians and develop customer-oriented solutions. Vocational school and the training workshop provide the necessary fundamentals of electrical engineering.

• Maintaining and repairing high-quality Miele household appliances at customers' homes
• Quickly identifying faults and independently implementing reliable technical solutions in customer service
• Documenting service assignments
• Contributing improvement ideas and optimizing the repair service
• Taking part in training sessions, team meetings and customer assignments to continuously expand your expertise

• At least a qualified lower secondary school certificate
• Residence within commuting distance of the service area
• Manual dexterity and an interest in technology
• Carefulness, communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills, at least C1 level
