Building Services Technician

As the largest provider of long-term care in Munich, we employ around 2,300 staff across the city. Building services in our facilities contribute to resident satisfaction and well-being and ensure smooth technical operations.

Monitor technical operations, control fault rectification and maintenance within the scope of technical building services (HVAC, heating, fire alarm systems, smoke and heat extraction, doors, gates, barriers, elevators, etc.). Initiate immediate measures in case of faults. Manage external service providers. Assist in updating technical documentation. Support repair and construction projects. Verify external service performances. Assist with occupational safety and fire protection. Instruct and accompany external companies. Assist in preparing the business plan. Ensure legally compliant operation as owner's representative.

Successfully completed and recognized technical vocational training in Germany (e.g. electrical and energy technology, building services and supply engineering, etc.) mandatory. Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable technical function, preferably with additional qualification as elevator attendant. Expert knowledge in electrical and supply engineering. Good PC skills, especially MS Office. Communication and team skills. Willingness to learn and service orientation. Sense of responsibility. Good German language skills. Interest in our diversity-sensitive care.
