About this Apprenticeship
As the largest municipal provider in long-term care, we employ around 2,300 staff across Munich. We live values such as appreciation, trust, and equality. In our 10 nursing homes and 5 senior residences, plus extensive home and day-care services, we provide competent and reliable care. Around 3,000 seniors call us home. For our MÜNCHENSTIFT facility, we are seeking a Primary Care Nurse (m/f/d) in a leadership role, full-time or part-time, starting as soon as possible. The successful implementation of the primary nursing system ensures more holistic, needs-oriented care. As Primary Nurse, you are the central contact for residents, relatives, and your team, managing the care process for a defined group of residents and leading your team professionally and disciplinarily.
What You'll Learn
Professional and disciplinary leadership of your primary nursing team, including onboarding of new colleagues. Comprehensive planning, management, and responsibility for the care process of your assigned residents in collaboration with your primary nursing team (reserved tasks). Ensuring MÜNCHENSTIFT and evidence-based care standards based on our care concept. Quality assurance measures in care planning and digital care documentation. First point of contact for residents in your reference group, their relatives, and caregivers. Ensuring resident satisfaction. Information exchange within the team and with all parties involved in care (e.g., team and case discussions, employee appraisals). Implementation of leadership and personnel development measures within primary nursing.
Requirements
Completed training as a nursing specialist, nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or nursing professional, or a degree in applied nursing sciences or clinical nursing. Professional experience as a nursing specialist in inpatient care. Positive personality with strong communication and methodological skills. Confidence, empathy, and passion for the profession. Willingness to share knowledge and mentor colleagues. Willingness and interest in further training and enjoyment of innovative project work. Interest in intercultural and diverse topics to ensure our diversity-sensitive care.
What We Offer
Performance-based fair remuneration according to TVöD/TVöDplus, plus annual bonus and attractive Munich allowance. Fully employer-funded company pension scheme. Discounted Deutschlandticket Job. Subsidized, discounted catering by MÜNCHENSTIFT. Work-life balance through flexible working hours. Option to compress full-time hours into a 4-day week. Employment with a public, crisis-proof employer. Corporate health management. Contingent vouchers for municipal daycare centers (subject to availability). Bike leasing, staff events, employee discounts, discounted offers in our (online) shopping portal, and many more corporate benefits. Exciting and varied environment – no two days are alike. A committed and motivated team that awaits YOU and looks forward to YOU.
