For our location in Elmshorn we are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (all genders) full-time, starting immediately.

• Tasks you can expect:
• Checking and posting ongoing business transactions
• Maintaining accounting master data and databases
• Handling dunning processes and clarifying open items and accounts
• Carrying out electronic invoice processing and archiving
• Maintaining, reconciling and clearing accounts payable
• Processing regular payment runs
• Point of contact for suppliers and specialist department employees on accounting topics
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements as well as tasks in accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• Supporting service charge settlements

• Tasks you can expect:

• What distinguishes you:
• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting, finance or taxes
• Relevant professional experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts payable
• Sound knowledge in checking, coding and posting business transactions
• Very good user skills in SAP FI
• Knowledge of SAP RE FX is an advantage
• Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
