About this Apprenticeship
High-school graduate program for leadership in food retail leading to certified retail specialist qualification. Training can be shortened to 18 months.
What You'll Learn
- Conducting consulting and sales conversations
- Determining merchandise requirements and disposition of goods
- Storage and control of goods
- Structure and design of product range
- Presentation of goods and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Introduction to employee management
- Carrying out personnel planning and creation of sales statistics, success controls and settlements to control and steer market performance
Requirements
- Good high school diploma or technical high school diploma
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business contexts
- Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident and self-assured demeanor
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High willingness to perform and ability to keep overview even in stressful situations
