What You'll Learn
- Conducting advisory and sales conversations
- Determination of goods requirements and disposition of goods
- Storage and control of goods
- Structure and design of the product range
- Presentation of goods and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Introduction to employee management
- Conducting personnel planning as well as creation of sales statistics, success controls and settlements to control and steer the market's performance
Requirements
- Good Abitur or Fachabitur
- A completed vocational training as a retail merchant (f/m/d)
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business management contexts
- Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident and self-assured demeanor
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High willingness to perform as well as ability to keep overview even in stressful situations
