Building Services Technician, Electrical Systems Mechanic

We are looking for reinforcements for our building services team, which takes care of the day-to-day operational management of our properties at the Rohde & Schwarz site in Munich.

• Operation, inspection, maintenance and repair work on building systems, facilities and equipment (electrical) for the entire property at the Munich site
• Ensuring timely completion of all legally required recurring inspections and fixing the defects found in the building systems
• Keeping and maintaining fault, inspection, maintenance and inspection reports
• Fault-related repairs and minor repairs as well as smaller conversion work in the electrical area (ELT)
• Supervising and instructing external companies during maintenance and repair work
• Acceptance of work and monitoring of defect remediation
• On-call and emergency duty
• Customer-oriented service support
• Support with setting up and dismantling for events in the building and outdoor area as well as with moves

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician / electrician / industrial electrician / electrical systems assembler (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification in electrical engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering (ELT)
• Cross-trade expertise is an advantage, for example knowledge of building management systems and an additional qualification as an authorized switching person
• Commitment, reliability, service orientation, independent and responsible work, teamwork and communication skills, and a strong sense of quality
• Routine in process documentation
• Good German skills, spoken and written
• Good IT skills
• Experience with order and maintenance tools is an advantage
• Personal mobility / driving licence class B
