Legal Trainee for the Law Firm/Elective Placement

Strengthen our central legal department in Munich as soon as possible. Full-time, fixed-term. Both required and voluntary interns are sought. Mobile working is possible, but the main workplace is Munich.

• Working out individual legal questions that arise in an international measurement and communications technology company
• Supporting our lawyers (in-house counsel) with legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts in German and English in national and international business law
• Helping our technical departments with questions of business, contract, corporate and commercial law as part of our highly motivated team

• Law studies with particular interest in civil and business law, preferably 1st State Examination passed with distinction
• Ideally first work experience in a law firm or the legal department of an international company
• Good MS Office skills
• Responsible and results-oriented work combined with high reliability, commitment and flexibility
• Good written and spoken English, ideally acquired abroad
• Properly enrolled at university for the duration of employment
