Working Student Application Governance, Tools & Collaboration

As a working student (m/f/d) in the area of Application Governance in Munich (Germany), you support the collaboration between Application Segment Management, Product Management and Business Development. You participate in cross-departmental coordination, support governance activities and help to continuously improve the tools and processes for managing our application landscape.

• Support of governance activities at the interface between Application Segment Management, Product Management and Business Development
• Participation in the preparation, moderation and follow-up of cross-departmental workshops, meetings and governance formats
• Analysis of existing workflows, tools and information contained therein, identification of improvement potential and support in the implementation of pragmatic solutions
• Maintenance and analysis of information and templates and merging of these for various stakeholders
• Tracking of measures, decisions and work results to ensure transparency and effective implementation

• You are studying at least in the third semester of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable degree programme
• You are interested in processes and the optimisation of tools
• You have practical experience with AI-assisted development, AI agents, workflow automation or low-code/no-code tools, ideally in the context of process improvement
• You have an analytical and structured way of thinking
• You work independently and reliably and drive your topics forward proactively
• You have very good English skills and good German skills
