Business Analyst POS International

ROSSMANN's agile development has five groups with several teams of analysts, application and BI developers, product owners and testers. They build solutions for merchandise management, logistics, stores, the online shop, the ROSSMANN app and internal departments. Employment: full-time/part-time, permanent. Area: IT.

• Gather, analyze and clearly document business requirements for POS/checkout systems, for the German and international context, on site in partner countries if needed
• Support product owners in writing user stories and specifications for the development team
• Technically analyze existing systems, interfaces and processes and actively help develop them further
• Support the team on DevOps-related topics such as deployment processes and system integration
• Take responsibility in 3rd-level support for complex technical escalations around POS/checkout systems
• Contribute expertise to quality assurance of requirements and to test concepts
• Be a central contact for business and technical questions in the POS-IT team, also for international locations

• Completed degree in IT, a comparable qualification or several years of experience as a technically oriented Business Analyst or in a comparable role
• Experience at the interface between business department and IT as well as in requirements engineering
• Strong technical understanding, DevOps knowledge is an advantage
• Analytical, structured way of working with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication with business departments and development, and an independent, reliable way of working
• Good German and English skills
• Willingness to take part in on-call duty for business-critical POS systems and to travel occasionally to international locations
