About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship in bank sales at R+V Insurance, working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. Learn to advise customers on insurance, financial protection and investments. The course starts on 1 August 2027 and lasts 2.5 to 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work with a team in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and build your knowledge at a regional vocational school or GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: prepare for customer meetings, handle follow up work, prepare quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- An intermediate secondary school leaving certificate or a qualification for university or university of applied sciences entry
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising people and learning about business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: students who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with practical training
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprentice pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas payments worth two months of pay.
- Support for your skills: well structured training, a mentoring programme, and internal training and skills development.
- The standard training period is 3 years. Good performance can allow you to shorten it to 2.5 years.
- Financial support: savings contributions, help with learning materials, and a contribution towards travel or rent depending on the distance to your vocational school.
- A modern workplace: 30 days of holiday, plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38 hour working week under the pay agreement.
- Fitness support: partnerships with EGYM WELLPASS and Benefits.me, workplace health support and health programmes through R+V's company health insurance fund.
- Future opportunities: very good chances of a job after training, further development and a career in varied sales roles at R+V.
