During your 3.5-year dual study program, you will work 3 days a week at our location in Duisburg. On the other 2 days you will study at the FOM in Düsseldorf. From the first day, you are part of the team and actively work on the tasks of your home department. You contribute your ideas in cross-departmental projects. We teach you practically everything important for your future role with us. Your study mentors are always at your side and help you improve with regular feedback meetings. You participate in digital training sessions and seminars in our academy.

You have a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur) with a focus on business administration. Since you will have customer contact during your dual study program (by phone & email), we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). After your 3.5-year studies you will receive a bachelor's degree, including valuable professional experience. You will earn €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year, €1,550 in the 3rd year, and €1,640 in the 4th year. We cover the tuition fees. You have 30 days of vacation per year. In agreement with your manager, you can work partially from home after your first 12 months. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offerings).
