Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Rack Assembly

TKMS Hagenuk Marinekommunikation develops maritime radio and communication systems. Its production team in Flintbek is seeking a skilled technician to manufacture, assemble and wire devices, racks and consoles in a permanent full-time role.

• Manufacture mechanical parts, assemblies and devices for ongoing production
• Assemble and wire racks and consoles using technical documentation or in consultation with the design department, independently determining installation positions for devices and mounting kits
• Process cables and connectors in accordance with applicable national regulations
• Carry out wiring, check cable routes and update cable lists accordingly
• Document faults and changes, and resolve discrepancies with the relevant departments

• Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering occupation and several years of experience, or comparable qualifications
• Sound knowledge of cable and connector regulations, plus experience in rack assembly and soldering, crimping and compression techniques
• Responsible, careful and solution-focused approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly
• Willingness to undertake occasional regional and international business trips
