On 01.03.2027 we start again with the training as a nursing specialist general nursing (m/f/d) – and maybe together with you? Dual training: You learn both with us in the various outpatient departments and at the vocational school – practice and theory go hand in hand. Duration: 3 years. Vocational school: Carus Academy UKD – Alemannenstraße 14, 01309 Dresden.

• Participation in holistic care and support of people in need of care of all ages – including vital sign monitoring, wound care, assistance with personal hygiene and implementation of medically ordered measures such as blood sampling, injections and medication administration
• Communication and teamwork at eye level: empathetic interaction with patients and relatives as well as close cooperation with nursing specialists, therapists, physicians and other professional groups
• Use of modern nursing methods and medical technology as well as documentation of nursing measures in an IT-supported patient administration – complemented by exciting practical assignments in elderly and outpatient care

• You have a secondary school diploma or a lower secondary diploma with at least a 2-year training e.g. as a nursing assistant
• Team spirit, reliability and desire for new things
• You already have first practical experience in a medical environment, e.g. through an internship
• You are medically fit for the profession
• If you come from abroad, we additionally require:
• Language certificate (German B2)
• Recognition of your school diploma by the State Office for School and Education Saxony
