Modern Medical Technology: All intensive care units are equipped with current technology (e.g., ventilation, monitoring, dialysis). Goal: optimal and safe patient care. Onboarding & Team Integration: Structured onboarding over up to 3 months. Guidance by a dedicated tutor for a successful start. Further Education & Training: Extensive offerings via the clinic's own Carus Academy. Content is specifically tailored to the requirements of intensive care areas. Successfully completed vocational qualification as a nursing specialist (male/female) or comparable healthcare professions. Preferably with advanced training in anesthesiology and intensive care nursing, oncology, and further qualifications (e.g., respiratory therapist). Reliability, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility. Loyalty, willingness to perform, flexibility in task fulfillment, and a positive attitude toward interdisciplinary work. Experience in intensive care medicine is desirable, but career starters are also warmly welcome. For applications from abroad: at least B2 German language skills and recognition of the professional qualification acquired abroad.
