Nursing Specialist Station-Equivalent Treatment (m/f/d) Clinic and Polyclinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis, permanent. Deployment follows the usual working time model of the area. • Quick action with responsibility: Professional assessment of individual patient needs including early detection of life-threatening conditions and initiation of corresponding life-saving measures
• Nursing with system: Independent creation, implementation, and evaluation of individual nursing plans based on nursing science findings
• Safe interface management: Professional execution of medical orders and targeted, timely communication of critical observations in the multiprofessional team
• Actively shape therapy: Independent preparation and participation in diagnostic and therapeutic measures – precise, responsible, and patient-oriented
• Document & reflect therapy course: Careful documentation of interventions and effects, with active adjustment of nursing planning when needs change
• Accompany, protect, strengthen: Responsibility for the safety of minors and patients with risk to others or self, including guidance of trainees and supervision within clinical studies

• Completed vocational qualification as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed specialist further training in psychiatry is an advantage
• Relevant experience in outpatient or inpatient care of mentally ill patients
• High social competence and empathy, and the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging and stressful situations
• For applicants from abroad: at least B2 level in German and recognition of the professional qualification acquired abroad
