Working Student in Cloud & Modern Infrastructure - Focus Operational Support

As a working student you support our Cloud & Modern Infrastructure department in daily operations and strategic initiatives. You contribute your own ideas and gain insights into real projects and business processes.

• Support in daily business and projects in IT operations (e.g. in cloud and infrastructure environment)
• Support with administrative and recurring tasks, including identification of efficiency potentials
• Collection, preparation and maintenance of data to ensure transparency and quality
• Support in coordination of tasks between different teams and interfaces
• Creation and maintenance of presentations and documentation for internal and external purposes
• Participation in the use and further development of AI-supported solutions (e.g. training and application of AI systems)
• Insight into customer contact and support in collaboration with customers
• Engagement with future topics such as automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence

• Student of Business Informatics, Business Administration or Computer Science (advanced Bachelor's or Master's studies)
• Interest in economic and/or technical topics
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
