About this Apprenticeship
To support our team at FIT München, we are looking for you as an Information Technology Technician (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Thousands of bridges, hundreds of tunnels and countless ancillary facilities must be regularly inspected, maintained and renewed. Controlling traffic and coordinating the operations service are also part of the varied tasks.
What You'll Learn
- Support and administration of transmission, IT and telecontrol technology (incl. updates, backups, configuration)
- Operation, maintenance and fault clearance of operational technology systems in the motorway environment
- Analysis and resolution of faults as well as carrying out maintenance and repair measures
- Implementation of asset maintenance management incl. condition assessment and measure planning
- Documentation of the systems and compliance with guidelines (e.g. BSI(F), NIS2, IPSec) as well as preparing technical expert opinions
- Carrying out commissioning and system changes as well as technical supervision of external contractors
Requirements
- Qualification as a state-certified technician in information, communications, electrical or operations technology or related fields, or similar equivalent suitability gained through professional experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering standards (DIN/VDE) and of network standards and protocols (e.g. IEEE, RFC, QoS)
- Familiarity with KRITIS, compliance and IT security requirements (BSI, NIS2)
- Basics of fire protection and occupational safety (ASR, DGUV)
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows as well as CAD, network and analysis tools (e.g. EPNM)
- German skills comparable to level C1
