The apprenticeship consists of 3,000 hours of practical training in our hospital and in cooperating medical facilities and 1,600 theoretical and practical teaching units at the ATA school (San-ak GmbH); Theoretical instruction takes place as block instruction. You will complete the practical part in various departments of the hospital; With us you will learn the independent organization and coordination of work processes in anesthesia, the preparation of upcoming anesthesias and proper follow-up; You will be guided in the care of awake and anesthetized patients and assistance during anesthesia

You have already completed a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss), an equivalent educational qualification, or a lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) with at least 2 years of vocational training (or qualification as a nursing assistant (general or geriatric nursing)); Your German language skills are at least level B2; Since you will take on very diverse, responsible tasks, you should have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to learn.
