Property Valuation Expert

In DEKRA's Construction and Real Estate division, you will value standard and commercial properties as well as property portfolios. The role also includes managing large projects, supporting clients with framework agreements and carrying out internal quality checks.

• Independently prepare market value reports for standard and commercial properties and property portfolios
• Carry out market and mortgage lending valuations in the small-loan sector using valuation software
• Manage and coordinate large projects and support clients with framework agreements
• Check the plausibility of valuations as part of internal quality assurance and exchange professional knowledge with other valuers

• A degree in real estate, construction or finance, such as geodesy, architecture or business administration, or vocational training as a real estate agent
• Alternatively, vocational training in one of the fields above plus further training as a property valuer
• Several years of experience in property valuation under Section 194 of the German Building Code are required
• Certification under DIN EN ISO / IEC 17024 is desirable, or a willingness to obtain it with us
• Ideally, experience and proof of competence in preparing detailed market and mortgage lending valuations for properties outside the small-loan sector
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally LORA
• An independent, careful approach to work and the ability to work well in a team
• A category B driving licence and willingness to carry out fieldwork within the region
