• You are the main contact person for existing and potential customers
• You analyze and optimize the current insurance situation of the customer base
• Through your passion for sales you continuously build the customer base
• You regularly check whether the coverage of customers matches their current life situation
• In the event of a claim, customers can always rely on your support
• We convince through customer proximity, therefore you advise on-site or via video consultation

• Completed vocational training as a merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and finance or insurance clerk / insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• For career changers: completed vocational training in sales (we will train you further to become a certified insurance specialist IHK (m/f/d))
• Passion for sales and selling
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Convincing personality and communication skills
