Nursing Specialist / Nurse as Permanent Night Watch

When others slowly go to sleep, you become really active. You like being out under the stars at night. Or maybe your family situation doesn't allow you to care for patients during the day? Whatever reason you have for wanting to work only in the dark, you are warmly welcome in our permanent night watch team!

• As a permanent night watch, you will be deployed as planned additional support to the on-duty night service
• Depending on the ward, your duty times as permanent night watch are from 22:45 - 7:03 (on most wards) or from 22:00 - 06:33 (in geriatrics, ward 24) or from 22:15 – 06:48 (in child and adolescent psychiatry)
• You recognize the needs of our patients and take into account their individual resources and problems
• You observe the physical and mental condition of our patients as well as the circumstances influencing their health and pass on your observations
• You initiate life-saving immediate measures until the doctor arrives

• Completed training as a nursing specialist / health and nurse / nurse / nursing specialist / health and pediatric nurse
• Or: Completed training as a nursing assistant / health and nursing assistant
