SAP Organizational Management Systems Developer

R+V is seeking a systems developer for SAP Organizational Management in its Operations and IT division. The role focuses on developing and running SAP solutions and making customer service processes faster, more efficient and more digital.

• As a DevSecOps Engineer, you take responsibility for designing, developing, operating and continuously improving our SAP solutions for organizational management.
• You analyze business requirements, turn them into sound technical designs and implement them using modern, object-oriented ABAP development in an S/4HANA environment, such as CDS Views, SAP Fiori and SAP RAP.
• You focus on SAP Organizational Management: designing its processes, ensuring operational stability and performance, and maintaining quality through suitable tests, code reviews and other quality assurance measures.
• You integrate cloud and SaaS solutions into the existing SAP environment, follow architecture and security guidelines, and support the entire lifecycle, from implementation through incident, problem and change management to maintenance.
• Following the DevSecOps principle “You build it, you run it,” you advance automation, security and monitoring, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them with the team.

• Completed degree in computer science or business informatics, or a comparable qualification or vocational training in IT with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of substantial experience in modern, object-oriented ABAP development in an S/4HANA environment, ideally with CDS Views, SAP Fiori and SAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
• Extensive practical experience with SAP HCM, particularly SAP Organizational Management, including configuration, further development and operational support.
• Experience integrating cloud and SaaS applications into SAP environments and securely operating the corresponding interfaces.
• Strong agile mindset, teamwork skills and a practical approach; you focus on service, take responsibility and actively help improve processes and solutions.
• Strong communication skills and very good spoken and written German, at least B2–C1 level.
