• You learn how software quality is ensured across the whole development cycle – from requirements analysis through development and testing to deploying an application
• You develop and extend test automation solutions, carry out software tests systematically, analyze the results and document them clearly
• You deal not only with applications but also with test processes and test methods. You learn to analyze existing processes, spot room for improvement and implement suitable optimizations
• You get to know different methods and tools of test management and quality assurance and use them in practice
• Together with your team you work on real software projects, contribute your own ideas and learn agile working methods and collaboration with different areas of software development

• Your school leaving certificate – Mittlere Reife or Abitur – is a good basis for starting the apprenticeship
• You are interested in programming, software and logical connections and ideally have some first experience with a programming language
• You enjoy questioning things, spotting room for improvement and developing ideas on how processes or technical solutions can become better, more efficient and more reliable
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as basic MS Office knowledge
• Initiative, curiosity and willingness to learn distinguish you – and you want to actively contribute to real projects from the start
