Swiss Life is a leading European provider of financial and pension solutions. In the apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration at the Hannover head office, you plan, install and configure IT systems and help in support.

• Planning, installing and configuring IT systems and ensuring their smooth daily operation
• Looking after servers, networks and hardware independently and carrying out regular maintenance
• Supporting fault analysis during disruptions and helping fix them quickly
• Setting up user accounts and assigning access rights
• Answering technical questions from employees and customers in 1st and 2nd level support

• You have successfully earned an intermediate school certificate, Fachabitur or Abitur
• You have real interest in IT topics and technical connections
• Good understanding of numbers and a careful, structured way of working set you apart
• First experience with hardware or software, for example through hobby projects or internships, is a plus
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing and can express yourself clearly in writing
