MLOps & Quality Engineer

Swiss Life is a leading European provider of financial and pension solutions. For its Hanover headquarters it is looking for an MLOps & Quality Engineer who develops a framework for automatically testing AI-based systems and builds QA processes for machine learning applications.

• Develop a framework for automatically testing AI-based systems
• Build robust QA processes for machine learning applications together with quality management
• Enable the solution teams to use the framework and QA processes independently
• Establish continuous monitoring of system quality in live operation
• Identify quality problems early and report them to the responsible teams
• Actively support the solution teams with tools, knowledge and concrete solutions, as an enabler, not a gatekeeper

• A degree in computer science, data science or natural sciences is welcome, but what you can do is what counts
• Several years of experience as a developer in an agile environment
• Willingness to co-develop an AI test framework in Java or Kotlin as part of a cross-functional team and shape it long term
• Experience in MLOps, DevOps or quality assurance is a plus, but not required
• Independent working style, solution-oriented thinking and proactive communication
• Very good German skills
