You support user and group management as well as permission maintenance in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 You independently and reliably process service requests, tickets and orders in the area of Identity & Access Management With PowerShell you develop and optimize scripts to automate standard processes and thus increase team efficiency You systematically analyze recurring manual tasks and convert them into automated solutions You actively participate in the further development of internal identity and authorization processes and document your results comprehensibly Close cooperation with the teams from IT support, infrastructure and information security rounds off your area of responsibility You support users and specialist departments in the Microsoft 365 environment, especially on topics around SharePoint Online, permissions, document storage and collaboration in Teams

• You are studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program and have a genuine interest in IT infrastructures
• You have already gained initial experience with Windows servers, Active Directory or Microsoft 365 – ideally also with PowerShell or a comparable scripting language
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working help you to quickly grasp complex interrelationships
• New technologies motivate you – you approach tasks on your own initiative and like to contribute your own ideas
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and can communicate your results clearly
• Very good German skills in word and writing complete your profile
