Administrative Employee at the Lüdenscheid Motorway Maintenance Depot

To support the team at the Lüdenscheid motorway maintenance depot, Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is looking for an administrative employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Pay group E6 under the MTV-Autobahn.

• General organizational and administrative tasks
• Support in procurement and accounting
• Support in the administrative handling of personnel matters
• Support in handling damage claims

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or administrative field, or similar equivalent suitability gained through work experience
• Several years of professional experience in the above field, good knowledge of general administrative law
• Ideally knowledge of the service catalogues of road maintenance operations
• Confident PC skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage)
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Class B driving licence and willingness to drive a service vehicle
• Strong social and communication skills
• Committed, reliable, responsible, independent way of working
• Enjoy working in a team
