Insurance and Finance Specialist for Customer Advisory in Internal Service

The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Competent advice and support for our private clients. Telephone and written processing of customer inquiries – solution-oriented, friendly, and reliable. Creation of individual offers, tariff comparisons, and insurance concepts. Organization and implementation of customer campaigns to strengthen existing client relationships. Support in claims management – accompanying our clients in the event of a claim and ensuring smooth settlement. No cold calling; we work with our existing clients and grow through new client inquiries and referrals.

Successfully completed apprenticeship as an Insurance and Finance Specialist (m/f/d), Specialist for Insurance Mediation (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification. Existing professional experience in the insurance sector. Confident handling of insurance products, policy terms, and basic insurance market processes. Independent, competent, and solution-oriented processing of customer concerns. Strong service orientation and empathetic demeanor. Proficient use of MS Office and insurer quotation and comparison tools.
